Волосы густы, все сумтавные соединения исправны, никаких дефектов на туловище (царапин, точек, как пишут) нет, глаза переключаются отлично. В комплекте лицевая панель и кисти ручек, за такую цену у других продавцов только кукла. Упакована была в пленку, сверху пупырчатая пленка, на голове на лице защитная маска из пластика. Я довольна!!!
